Use of meta tags:  Meta tags are used to add information to the HTTP header for a page.  It also contains hidden information in the coding that the search engines will pick up on.  Example: author's name, title of  web site and "keywords".  meta tags can help improve your placement in search engines and can therefore help increase traffic to your Web site.
Frame pages:  Did you know that search engines often times do not pickup "keywords" used in frame sites?  Most engines do not support frame sites.   It is suggested that you have an "Intro" page (for your index page), which does not use frames, before entering a site with frames.  This way the search engines will pick up on your meta tags and you will have a higher chance of your "intro/index page" showing up in the search engines. 

Popup window scripts: Free hosting pop up scripts are annoying if not pertaining to your site, but we will allow them as long as we do not receive error messages on your pages, caused by the "advertisement pop ups". (Disqualification of website, for error messages caused by pop up Ads or more then 2 advertisements pop ups per page)

Alternative "no scripts" (links) - Some browsers do not support "java scripts", such as static menus or side menus.  There should also be navigational Text links on your pages, for those browsers, that do not support scripts.
